At Sugar Days, our advertising efforts are focused on reaching as many potential customers as possible, centering around the Lexington area and extending to Louisville, Cincinnati, and all locations within a 100-mile radius. With a robust budget of over $25,000, we are deeply committed to spreading the word far and wide to ensure a successful and well-attended event. We’re passionate about creating meaningful opportunities for our vendors and doing things the right way.
As part of this commitment, we’re introducing the Sugar Days Advertising Partnership.
The Sugar Days Advertising Partnership is an innovative program designed to empower vendors and amplify event promotion. Through this partnership, each vendor will be provided with a unique online promo code that offers customers a 10% discount on their event ticket purchases. For every use of the code, Sugar Days will reimburse the vendor $1 toward their booth setup fee, up to the total cost of the booth. Reimbursements will be issued in check form and distributed to vendors during the event.
This program is a win-win opportunity: vendors benefit financially while helping to spread the word about Sugar Days and building excitement in the community. By actively participating in the partnership, vendors contribute to creating buzz around the event, engaging potential attendees, and ensuring a larger turnout.
In return, Sugar Days encourages vendors to take an active and enthusiastic role in promoting both their participation and the event as a whole. Vendors who join the program are expected to aggressively promote their promo code, highlight the 10% discount towards ticket purchase it offers to customers, and share their excitement about the event through social media, email lists, and other channels. Together, this collaborative effort will maximize exposure, draw more visitors, and ensure a successful marketplace experience for everyone involved.
